The service

MeshVault Connectors provides read-only tools to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol. Results come from third-party public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

No professional advice

The service is not medical advice, medical direction, clinical decision support, or legal advice. EMS protocol text is for education and reference; follow your agency's current protocols and medical direction. Do not use health or legal results as the sole basis for any decision about a patient or a case. You are responsible for verifying results against primary sources.

Accounts and keys

Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for calls made with it. We may revoke keys that abuse the service, circumvent quotas, or resell access without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, to harass or surveil individuals, to attempt to re-identify people from records, or to overload the data sources behind it. Respect the terms of each underlying source.

Plans and billing

Free keys have a daily call limit. Pro is $19 per month, billed by Stripe, renews monthly until cancelled, and raises the daily limit. Cancel any time from the billing portal or by email; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled case by case at the address above. Prices may change with 30 days notice before your next renewal.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use means you accept them.
