Questions
Do the numbers match my department's pump charts?
PumpChart uses the standard IFSTA hose coefficients and field allowances. If your department flow-tested its hose, PumpChart Pro lets you enter your own coefficients. Always confirm against your department's charts and SOGs. PumpChart is a planning and training aid.
Where do the formulas come from?
Open More, then Formulas and sources. Every formula and constant the app uses is listed there.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Calculations make no network calls. Only the subscription screen talks to the store.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone?
Open More and tap Restore purchases. Use the Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I cancel Pro?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, PumpChart. On Android: Play Store, your profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, PumpChart. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
I found a wrong number.
Send the setup (hose, length, nozzle, elevation, appliances) and the value you expected, with the source. I check it against the reference and fix it in the next update.
