Terms

These terms cover packages bought from The Fire Dev LLC on this site. If you have a signed agreement with me, that agreement comes first.

Scope and price

Each package has a fixed price and the list of what it includes on the packages page. For anything larger than the listed scope I send a written scope and price, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Payment and refunds

• Payments are taken by Stripe. I never see your card number.
• A deposit is refunded in full until I start work. After I start, I refund the part of the fee for work not yet done.
• The strategy call fee is credited to any package booked within 30 days.
• Monthly Support renews each month. Cancel any time by email and the next charge stops.

Your accounts and data

I work on your machines and accounts with the access you give me. I do not keep your keys or data, and I remove my access at handoff. You keep the code, the configuration and the hardware.

What I do not promise

AI models make mistakes. I set agents up to ask a person before they send, spend or delete, but I cannot promise a business result or that a model gives correct answers.

Liability

My liability for any claim about a package is limited to the fees you paid for that package.

Law

California law applies.
